Brief Description:
Three Storey Classroom Block Extension at Waterpark College, Waterford City.
The project consists of a three storey Classroom Block Extension, consisting of 3,729m2 new build with new PE Hall extension of 205m2 (Total New Build 3,934m2) including refurbishment of the 2000 Building (1,233m2), 1939 Building (1,156m2) and 2004 Building – PE Hall (825m2).
Total Refurbishment Area 3,214m2 together with associated external site work.
