Brief Description:
Our Contracts Manager Kevin and QS John worked very closely with McKelan Construction, Johnston Reid & Associates and the Wexford County Council on this project.
We delivered a full electrical installation to a new extension and also installed emergency lighting and fire alarm works to the existing building.
The new extension consisted of a full fit out mainly inclusive of Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, General Services, Communications, Security and General Lighting.
We installed some spectacular decorative lighting to the Entrance Hall, the Entrance Foyer and Stairs and this creates a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival into the building.
We installed track lighting to the corridors which gives you a warm welcoming feel as you approach the galleries.
The lighting that we installed to the new galleries were Hoffmeister track lighting systems which illuminates the feature walls stunningly.
We installed lighting to the signage externally which is a real eye catcher from the street as it captures the Corten steel finish on the signage perfectly and also installed Corten steel finished lighting bollards externally which are very aesthetically pleasing especially at night time.
We take great pride in this project and how our work force performed on site but also how the project delivered on time and handed over flawlessly.
